Autoclavable biohazard bags
ASC’s autoclavable biohazard bags are constructed of 0.002˝ thick polypropylene and provide excellent heat, tear and puncture resistance. Our 8 × 12 bags measure 0.0018˝ thick. Our autoclavable biohazard bags withstand the following maximum autoclave temperatures: 154˚C /309˚F for clear bags and 147˚C /297˚F for tan and red bags.
Meets OSHA Regulations
Autoclavable biohazard bags are available in tan, clear and red. All bags are clearly printed with the standard OSHA symbol and bilingual (English and Spanish) warnings. An indicator strip changes color after completion of an effective autoclave cycle (127˚C /260˚F for 25 minutes).
